The following terms and conditions apply to all Website, Software, Graphic, Application designs and Internet Marketing created by Crazy Curve. By ordering services from Crazy Curve you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.   •   Crazy Curve cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a project but will arrange a date with the client as to when work can commence and agree an approximate timescale for completion of the work.
  •   Charges for services to be provided by Crazy Curve are defined in the project quotation that the client receives via e-mail or on hand. All invoices are normally sent via email but the client may request to receive hard copy invoices.
  •   Quotations and cost estimates are subject to final written technical brief supplied by the client. If any change requests or additions to the project brief not included within the agreed proposal will be charged additionally.
  •   A 50% deposit is required before commencement this is defined as the date at which you inform us via email or phone that you agree to the terms of the proposal and you wish to go ahead. The project will not begin until this amount is paid. The remaining balance 50% of the project quotation total and any extras ordered will be due upon completion of the work, prior to upload to the server or release of materials or we hand over the management of the site to you.
  •   If payment has not been received by the due date, Crazy Curve has the right to suspend ongoing work for client. If full payment has still not been received 15 days after the due date, Crazy Curve has the right to replace, modify or remove the website until full payment has been received.
  •   Invoices are not refundable. If the client decides to terminate the contract after a project has commenced, the client will be liable to pay for all work done up to the point of termination.
  •   When we have completed the design services, your website will be uploaded to a temporary URL for the purposes of your review and approval. This will move to live when once you provide with written approval by email or phone.
  •   It is the client's responsibility to review the site and ensure they are happy with it before agreeing to the finalisation of the project.
  •   However we offer a 3 month bug fix warranty, because we understand that during the pressure of a project, occasionally some things may get missed. In this case, where bugs or technical errors are found after the project has gone live such bugs will be fixed free of charge within this 3 months.
  •   Any changes that fall outside the 3 month period of any nature will be quoted separately based on the work done.
  •   The Client agrees to provide any needed information and content required by the developer in good time (7 days) to enable the developer to complete a design or website work as part of an agreed project.
  •   Client must provide all necessary materials and information in advance to provide the services laid out in the order. If the Client fails to provide the above required content, information, text and images. Crazy Curve cannot be held responsible for delays to a project caused by lack of necessary information, content or sign off.
  •   If you agree to provide us with the required information and subsequently fail to do within two week of project commencement we reserve the right to close the project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately. Simply put, all the above condition says is do not give us the go ahead to start until you are ready to do so.
  •   The Client hereby agrees that all media and content made available to the developer for use in the project are either owned by the client or used with full permission of the original authors. The Client agrees to hold harmless, protect and defend the developer from any claim or suit that may arise as a result of using the supplied media and content.
  •   Crazy Curve reserves the right to refuse or break a contract without prior notice, if it is believed that the Client, their Website, or any material is illegal, immoral or otherwise unacceptable.
  •   Crazy Curve reserves the right to change or alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  •   If you would like Crazy Curve to provide ongoing support for maintenance ( AMC ) please contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a quote.

  •   A prior 100% deposit is required before commencement this is defined as the date at which you inform us via email or phone that you agree to the terms of the proposal and you wish to go ahead. The work will not begin until this amount is paid. If payment has not been received by the due date, Crazy Curve has the right to suspend ongoing work for client. If full payment has still not been received with in 7 days after the due date (the day we send the previous month reports), Crazy Curve has the right to stop the work until full payment has been received.
  •   Invoices are not refundable. If the client decides to terminate the contract after a project has commenced, the client will be liable to pay for all work done up to the point of termination.
  •   It is the client's responsibility to review the site progress for what we have done and no other SEO company is working on your site to show the results thrown by our work. You allow Crazy Curve to access to edit the web pages as require and the authority to submit the site webpages to whereever we feel necessary.
  •   Client must provide all necessary materials and information in advance to provide the services laid out in the order. If the Client fails to provide the above required content, information, keywords, articles, text and images. Crazy Curve cannot be held responsible for delays to a project caused by lack of necessary information, content or sign off.
  •   If you agree to provide us with the required information and subsequently fail to do within two week of project commencement we reserve the right to close the project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately.
